My Journey
A Journey to Soften was developed as a result of my personal experiences. During my childhood, I was deeply immersed in feminine and creative energy, with a strong passion for dancing, horses, and various creative projects. However, when I embarked on a career in the medical field, these passions and ideas had to be set aside. As my career grew, those passions and ideas became a distant memory. The belief that hard work is essential for success, led to burnout and emotional exhaustion, and ultimately disconnected me from my body. This manifested in digestive issues, menstrual problems, post-partum challenges, acne, and emotional imbalances.
Ayurveda played a crucial role in restoring my well-being by addressing the root causes of my imbalances. It provided me with the necessary connection between my mind and body, allowing me to navigate life with greater ease and grace. Through this reconnection with myself, my relationships with my daughter and husband have also strengthened considerably.
