My Journey
Hi! I am Camilla, the woman behind I Am Alchemy.
For a long time, I was really good at pushing through. Ignoring what my body was telling me, carrying on with my day, and convincing myself I was fine.
Before I Am Alchemy, I worked in a busy operating room. My days were fast-paced, structured and focused on caring for others. I was used to being in an environment where there was always something that needed to be done. But somewhere along the way, I stopped listening to myself.
My own body started sending me signals I couldn’t ignore. I experienced so many symptoms, felt disconnected from myself and knew something needed to change. I just didn’t know exactly what that looked like yet.
That experience led me down a completely different path. I started learning how to slow down, listen to my body, and understand the connection between how we feel emotionally and what we experience physically.
I began studying Ayurveda, exploring herbalism and discovering practices that helped me reconnect with myself in ways I hadn’t before.
Today, I’m an Ayurvedic practitioner and herbalist, and honestly, my journey has changed the way I see everything.
